Terms of Service

ISR-GEM provides a licence readiness platform and advisory services. The platform is an operational readiness aid; it does not replace a club's licence obligations or the current requirements of the Independent Football Regulator.

Access is granted only by ISR-GEM to authorised club users (up to three per club). You must keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Your club owns the data it enters. We process it only to provide the service and will not disclose it to other clubs or third parties except where required by law.

ISR-GEM is a governance and readiness aid, not a secure document vault for your club's confidential material. You must not upload, attach or paste into the platform any confidential business processes, contracts, board papers, personal data (beyond the contact details you choose to share), or commercially sensitive documents. When an audit or evidence control asks for evidence, record where the evidence is held (document title, folder, version, owner) rather than attaching the document itself. ISR-GEM accepts no liability for confidential information that is uploaded to the platform contrary to this clause. If you are unsure whether a document is suitable, contact the advisory desk before uploading.

We keep club data for the contract term plus six years after the subscription ends. It is then securely deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. During the contract, and for 90 days after it ends, the club may ask for an export of its data. Backups are taken daily and expire on a rolling basis. Read-only API access issued to a club can be revoked at any time and ends when the contract ends. Deletion requests are handled under UK GDPR and recorded in a permanent deletion log. Fees are set out in your quotation and invoiced in GBP. Invoices are payable within the stated payment terms.

Outputs support, but do not replace, the judgement of your Board and professional advisers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
